Starlink's native tools were built for individual users — not for resellers managing hundreds of customer accounts, or enterprises running fleets across multiple sites and continents. Resellers had no centralised view, no bulk operations capability, and no billing automation. Every customer account had to be managed individually.
At scale, that's not a business — it's a support burden.

The work started with the reseller workflow — mapping every touchpoint from device activation through to customer billing and fault resolution. The architecture needed to handle multi-tenancy at scale: one reseller managing thousands of end-customer devices, each with their own service parameters, billing cycles, and usage data.

Direct Starlink API integration unlocks bulk activations, real-time device telemetry, and automated billing — things Starlink's own tools don't provide. The interface is designed for operations teams managing devices at scale: a clean dashboard with site-level and fleet-level views, alert management, and usage analytics. AI-powered analytics surface anomalies and optimise network performance across the fleet.
Integrates directly with existing CRM, ERP, and logistics systems via API. Certified to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 — the security standards enterprise clients require.
